We are Caer Connection,

based in the beautiful Shropshire Hills.

We have come together through our shared passion for establishing non-judgmental spaces in which to

pause, breathe and nurture inner peace.

We encourage and explore the creativity which

can be released when people feel grounded.

Join us for workshops and projects combining

mindful movement with uplifting singing

and person-centred drama techniques.

We are especially interested in delivering work

which supports people's self esteem and wellbeing through juxtaposing different art forms and disciplines.

Our next workshop:

Inside and Outside

Connecting Within and Reaching Outwards in Community

Grounding, calming and gently energising yoga flows are coupled with uplifting singing and together they inform a creative and collaborative writing workshop, exploring how to orient ourselves to these times with strength and grace.

This workshop is open to anyone who carries a quiet worry or weariness in these unsettled times, who loves the thought of moving gently, singing freely, having space to think and write and finding strength in shared creativity and togetherness.

Absolutely no prior experience is necessary. This is a fully accessible day, for all levels of experience and confidence. Simply bring yourself, exactly as you are and we will gently guide and support you to be able to enjoy our day together.

Workshop fee £50.00

A limited number of pay what you can places

are available if you are on a low income

- please enquire if you are interested:

we don’t want to exclude anyone based on price.

Our recent event:

Thanks to the lovely group who joined us for

May's creative day. We will be running this event again so please get in touch if you would like to be added to the mailing list.

Here is a snapshot of our multi disciplinary approach.
We sang together, moved, visualised and wrote, culminating

in the group poem you see below.

Comments from participants:

"A beautiful and inspired day. The respective offerings of Kate, Kathryn and Nancy gently weaved together to thread us with care

through a day of self-reflection and community creation. Thanks to this Therapeutic Trio."

"Each element offered something different which appealed to different senses and I was surprised how relaxing it was."

“I valued time to be me and to breathe. Time to be outdoors and calm. Time to spend with others. Time to reflect.”

"It was lovely and I'm really glad I came. The venue was perfect - great room [and] lovely outside space.

The day was well planned and well paced.  You all seemed relaxed and enjoying the event."
